6-7 CURRENT STATE OF PRODUCTION OF SPECIAL ORGANOMINERAL ELASTIC COMPOSITIONS AND RUBBER-TECHNICAL PRODUCTS FOR TECHNOLOGICAL MACHINES OPERATING UNDER PRESSURE
Abstrak
This thesis analyzes the operational characteristics of rubber products used in technological machines and equipment operating under pressure, as well as the main requirements for them. The possibilities of controlling the physico-mechanical, rheological, thermal, and operational properties of compositions by introducing mineral and organic modified mineral fillers into the elastomer matrix are considered. The influence of the type, dispersion, surface properties, and the degree of distribution of organomineral fillers in the elastomer matrix on material properties is highlighted. It is substantiated that the optimization of the elastomer-organomineral filler system for rubber products operating under high-pressure conditions is a promising scientific and technical direction.
